This is personal training at its best! When you train with me one-on-one or two-on-one, you’ll discover how much fun working out can really be. I am a fanatic for proper form to make sure that you learn how to do each exercise correctly so that you’ll be able to do it on your own correctly. As you learn how powerful you truly are you’ll look forward to working out more and more just to see what you’re capable of.
There is a welcoming sign hanging over my desk when you first enter the studio, it says – ‘It’s All About Me!’ During our time together it really IS all about you. It’s you time for you, it’s about your goals and helping you achieve your goals. You choose whether you want to train with me once a week or twice a week for one month or for five. Then I go to work creating the custom training program that will best support your fitness goals. It really is about what will work best for you. All Fitness For You training packages include full access to Club Wuhoo for the duration of your training program.

Cardio, Core and MORE! Circuit Training Workout

This group is a fun, fast pasced result oriented Training option and is a fantastic way to get in shape in a private setting with other amazing women. It offers the benefits of working out with a personal trainer for a great low price.
Every month you’ll enjoy a brand new training program which keeps the workouts new and fresh and continues to challenge your body in new and exciting ways, yielding fabulous results!
This workout is geared for those who want a workout that will challenge them to discover what they're really capable of. Great for advanced beginners to athletes and everyone in between.
Where: Wuhoo Fitness Studio in Bellevue
When: Wednesday 7:30 AM to 8:20 AM
Cost: 4 people $32.50* per person per session, 6 people $30.00* per person per session, 8 people $27.50* per person per session (*plas tax)
There is a class minimum of 4 people and a class maximum of 8 people.
This is a month-to-month training option with no long term contracts to sign.
Fitness For You ~ To GO!
This 3-month program was designed for individuals who are motivated to work out on their own, but need the guidance and added accountability of working with a personal trainer to get real results from their workouts. Regardless of whether you have a gym membership, a home gym, or no equipment at all, each workout program is custom designed for you. Enjoy custom designed training programs, ongoing support and the guidance and accountability of working with a personal trainer at your own pace.
This 3-month program includes:
- 2 complete in-person fitness assessments
- 6 individual in-person personal training sessions
- 3 customized training programs
- Weekly email check in for added support
This complete three-month program is only $1199 * (Ask about our payment plan)
Jump Start
This program is for people who would like to get started working out but don’t know where to begin, for those who would like to discover what personal training really is or who just need to give their current workout a ‘tune up’. I devote the same attention to detail to this training option that I do to all my training programs. As with the Fitness For You ~ To Go! Training program I design your program to include the equipment that you will be using for your workouts when you are on your own.
