Triathlon Training 2010 - Ready, Set, Train! It's my favorite time of year again.... Tri Season! This year the Wuhoo Fitness Traithlon Training Program will be 12 weeks long to help those of you who have signed up for either the Danskin Triathlon or the Trek Triathlon or both. This comprehensive training program covers all aspects of your triathlon experience from start to finish - my goal is to prepare you so well that all you have to do on race day is show up and enjoy yourself. Training includes two 2-hour coached workouts each week for twelve weeks and includes all aspects of the swim, the bike, the run, how to transition, what to eat on race day and much, MUCH more. The athlete to coach is a low 4 to 1 ratio that ensures personalized attention for all.
Length of Program: Training begins on Tuesday June 29th and ends on Sunday September 19th.
When: Training will be on Tuesdays 6-8 PM and Saturdays 8-10 AM.
Where: Various locations on the Eastside, Seattle and other locations
Cost: $449.00 + tax per peson * That's only $37 a week or $9 dollars per hour for high quality training!
