I love the enthusiasm of people who want to jump into starting a healthy new lifestyle. They are super motivated and want to completely change their lives overnight. They start to workout every single day, work out too hard for too long, and end up getting injured. The key thing to remember is that you didn't get to your current condition overnight, and it will take time to create the healthy lifestyle you want. By starting slowly and being CONSISTENT, you will be successful. It just takes time, and from what people tell me, patience is a virtue. I still work on that myself, but I do know with all my heart that it's a true statement.
