At the very beginning of your relationship with Wuhoo Fitness, we learn about your general state of health and conduct a complete fitness assessment to determine your starting point.  With that information, we create a customized program for you to use, both at the studio and at home.  We attentively follow each client’s performance level and rate of progress on a weekly basis and reformat your program as you improve your changing level of fitness.
