Triathlon Training 2010 (training dates 6/29 - 9/21)

Ready, Set, Train!  It's my favorite time of year again.... Tri Season!  This year the Wuhoo Fitness Traithlon Training Program will be 12 weeks long to help those of you who have signed up for either the Danskin Triathlon or the Trek Triathlon or both.  This comprehensive training program covers all aspects of your triathlon experience from start to finish - my goal is to prepare you so well that all you have to do on race day is show up and enjoy yourself.  Training includes two 2-hour coached workouts each week for twelve weeks and includes all aspects of the swim, the bike, the run, how to transition, what to eat on race day and much, MUCH more.  The athlete to coach is a low 4 to 1 ratio that ensures personalized attention for all.

Health and Fitness 101 - a seminar

Do you get overwhelmed with all the health and fitness information that comes out what seems like daily?  Do you want to know the 'truth' about food and diets along with how much exercise is enough and what type is best?  Well be of good cheer because this seminar was designed with you in mind.  You'll learn how to read a nutrition label, you'll learn how to determine what diets are healthy and which ones are gimmicks.  We'll also be covering all the 'good' foods and 'bad' foods that you keep hearing about.  Then it's onto the exercise portion of the seminar.  What type of exercise is best for you, what types of exercise burn the most calories, how to determine your heart rate ranges and why you should care.  All this and much, much more will be covered in this fun, informative workshop.  All materials are included in the price of the seminar, space is limited to 10 participants.
