Hi from Jen

I love the New Year, itbrings the opportunity to take stock of where we are and where we want to be in the coming year. It's a great time to take a look at our goals from last year to see how well we did in achieving them. It is also a great time to get honest with ourselves and let the goals go that we have put on our list year after year that we just never seem to get to. These are not things that we really truly want because if they were then they would have a check mark after them. If you're saying - but Jen! I really do want to lose weight and get healthier! Then you need to ask yourself whyyou aren't seriouslyworking on it. If this is the year for you to really lose weight and get healthier then it is time get serious. It is so much easier to take care of everyone else and then not take care of ourselves - we NEED to make self care a priority. The first step is to create a workout schedule and then create a support team. Make sure that your workout schedule is realistic. If you schedule your workout for 5 AM and you usuallyget upat 7 AM it might not be realisticthat you'll get up to workout at 5 AM. On the other hand if you are getting up at 5 AM to workout with a friend then the your chances of being successful are much greater because of the added accountability.Some of the great things about Club Wuhoo is that you have a whole community that wants you to be successful.With the added benefit of being able to log all of your workouts along withwhat you eat and get help with menu planning. Youcan even see your progress bywatching yourstatistics change. I createdClub Wuhoo so that I could help as many people as I can be successful on their journey to better health.
