The purpose of this very special 12 month program is to help the participants not only have a clearer understanding of what they want from life over the next 5-10 years but to have more fun, laughter, and joy while pursuing it.

I teach my clients that the only person they arae ever really competing against is themselves.  All anyone can ever expect from you is your honest best on any given day.  These concepts apply to all aspects of your life.  Your accomplishments are always measured only against your own progress, no one else's.  So in a very real sense ~ It's All About YOU!



Do you want to enjoy life more? Have you ever wondered what you really want to be when you grow up? Do you find yourself asking if there is more to life?  Do you wonder where the 'Fun' you went?  If you answered yes to any of these questions then you are the one I had in mind when I created this program.

How Often Will We Meet? 
We will meet once a month for three hours.  During which time we till cover wellness, fitness, and nutrition.  We will do projects, enjoy guest speakers and have group discussions.  Each week you will receive a homework assignment which will support the upcoming months' lecture topic.  The lectures, exercise programs, guest speakers, weekly homework assignments and email support have been carefully desgined to help YOU Rediscover Recess.
